Magical Starsign (DS)

Ok. So, I hunted down and defeated a Hermit Lab. Yes, that’s right, a labrador that lives in a shell. It had made off with the key to a lockbox containing batteries. Because the owner of the lockbox couldn’t power his furnace, he nicked the head of my robot to use instead. Anyway, with key

Magical Starsign (DS)

This one has been sitting taunting me from my game case for months. So, a pre-FFIII break from Castlevania is required, and a light-hearted RPG is just what the doctor ordered. I’m actually very pleasantly surprised at how much fun this one is – it’s pretty lightweight as RPGs go – imagine Mario and Luigi

Castlevania – Circle of the Moon (GBA)

Did I mention the abiding hatred I have for medusa heads? No? Well,  I have this abiding hatred, right? And it’s for medusa heads. ZOMG! (for the second time today). I’ve just had a look at the manual and seen the available jobs! Final Fantasy III (DS)

Oh no! It’s grabbed me. I wasn’t sure if it would, but it did. So, I’ve stormed the cave and gubbed the Djinn, at which point I was transported away and it started with the music and the titles and I got all shivery and thought “yup, this is Final Fantasy”. So, I can now

Castlevania – Aria of Sorrow (GBA) – DONE!

w00+! Aria of Sorrow is c0mplet0r1z0red! (or something). Not as substantial as Harmony of Dissonance, but still an awesome game. The end of game boss was so easy he practically beat himself, but by that time I was too knackered to deal with a hard boss anyway – the guy (no spoilers, please, we’re British)

Castlevania – Aria of Sorrow (GBA)

Bad guy defeat0red! Except he’s not really the bad guy – the bad guy is…… someone else! So, now I need to go off and find Chaos and give him/her/it a good slapping down. Trouble is, I don’t think Mr Belmont is going to be happy with me and I know he’s around there somewhere.
