Addendum
We now have an entry date set for the new purchasers. It’s tentatively placed at 7th April. Obviously, because we’re not buying, we can be pretty flexible about it, but April is good for us. Its all very exciting really!

We spent all day Saturday and half of Sunday frantically cleaning and sweeping in preparation for potential purchasers coming to view our house. The good news is that it’s sold! We came to an agreement on price. We’re absolutely delighted as we’ve hit the amount we wanted for it, and it’s happened early on too.
