November 1st – November 15th

I’m not sure I understand these dates at all. I guess they’re just a broad guideline – although these look fine, it appears the processing window has only moved forward three days at the front and one at the end, which is very slow progress. Still, it does seem to leap forward a fortnight every other week (every fortnight in fact :)), so if the trend continues we should be in the inclusive area next week, meaning we should be allocated a case officer within a fortnight of that.

Which is a VERY long way off from the seven weeks estimated when the deprioritorisation was first announced. Having said that, the seven months and  one week is still well within the original estimate of nine months quoted on the application acknowledgement letter, so I really have no grounds for complaining – it only takes a week or two to process once medicals have been requested.

It’s all kinda academic anyway as our house is still on the market.
