Castlevania – Aria of Sorrow (GBA)

Aria of Sorrow Cover ArtTwo more bosses down – the big armoury one I can’t remember the name of, and a dirty great golemy thing that I also can’t remember the name of. The bottom line is I can now double jump and slide under things. In other news, I’ve now got access to the shop and the first set of warp points.

Aria starts off trickier than Harmony and Dawn but plays much more fluidly than both. It also does the wonderful Castlevania thing of rewarding your efforts in the early stages of the game by sending you back through the opening areas a bit more powered up, allowing you to wreak havoc on the enemies that annoyed you.
