An update

Had a few emails form people looking for a progress update. There haven’t been any new posts made for a while because, well, there’s nothing to say. The sad fact about migration to Australia is that there are a few very brief bursts of absolutely frenzied activity and stress seperated with several extremely long periods of just waiting and doing nothing. We’re currently in the waiting period.

To put it in perspective – it’s coming up for a year since deciding to apply and no one in the Australia department of immigration will have so much as looked at our application yet.

So there’s nowt to say

Oh – actually there is – we’re going to a pre-departure seminar, organised by our agent, this weekend. A couple of other  people from the pomsinoz.com forum are going as well, so we’ll get to speak to some people who are in the same boat. So that’ll be nice
