NanoWriMo Ahoy

I’m going to enter this year. For those who may not know, NanoWriMo is an annual competition for writers. And non writers. Basically, what you do is write a 50,000 (minimum) word novel in one month. You start at 00:00:01 on November 1st and finish at Midnight on November 30th.

It doesn’t have to be good, nobody has to read it, it just has to be 50,000 words long. If you’re one of the 6,000 or so people who win you get an image to put on your website! Woohoo!

So, I’m embarking on my magnum opus. It’s called ‘The Smirking Badger’ and is about a Squirrel who trains as a death ninja.
