Destructive little morons

Why is it that the above title fits so many kids these days? There’s a particularly repellent little reptile who lives across the road from us who only seems to be able to express himself by destroying things.

As an example, my four year old daughter drew a little picture and stuck it on the lamppost outside the house. The moron in question wandered along with his little gang of sycophants, looked at it, tore it into a million bits and threw them on the ground, in full view of the house with me watching.

My little girl, on the other hand, went outside and saw it all torn up and proclaimed that the wind must have done it. It never entered her head for a second that anyone would go out of their way to destroy it for no reason whatsoever.

It’d be nice to think that brainless little cretins like that would, someday, get their comeuppance. Sadly, as their parents are every bit as repellent, it’s unlikely that it’ll ever happen. Oh well. Birch the lot of them, I say.
