Rocket Launcher Monkeys in the Icy Wastes (Xbox)
Otherwise known as Timesplitters 2. My wee lad and I have been blowing seven shades of monkey-bits out of each on a custom map. He’s getting really good at it as well. It’s one of those titles that just never seems to get tired – probably cos there’s so much to unlock, the game modes can be customised extensively, and then there’s the map editor on top of all that. Haven’t looked at Timesplitters 3 yet – I have heard rumours that they’ve done away with the float gun – thank god. Still, I aint paying 40 quid for it, so I’ll wait until it hits a sane price point.
